About Me
Mary Corelli, LCPC
Therapist, Mindfulness Teacher, and Neurodiversity-Affirming Assessment Provider
My Story
I became a therapist because I wanted to help people feel supported through their struggles. My early career working with children, teens, and families taught me how to listen deeply and approach healing with curiosity and kindness.
Once I began working with neurodivergent teens, my heart and mind were captivated. I wanted to learn everything I could about nervous system differences, and I set out to do just that.
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person, I have crafted a therapy and evaluation practice that reflects my passion and love for uniqueness, difference, and sensitivity.
My Philosophy
Life is full of joy, sorrow, and everything in between. Being a human can be hard, especially if you have a sensitive nervous system. In this day and age, modern life moves at a fast pace, full of noise, commotion, stimulation, and demands. How can we learn to regulate our brains and bodies so that we feel free?
What’s more, most people have experienced trauma — events that seem impossibly difficult for the nervous system to process. These traumas linger inside, obscuring health, wellbeing, and self-worth.
But freedom is possible.
My neurodivergence-affirming approach includes mindfulness techniques and therapy modalities like Internal Family Systems that allow for great healing to occur. I help people recognize what is holding them back and integrate their experiences, rather than trying to suppress or reject pain.
To me, differences in attention, sensory processing, emotional intensity, and cognition are natural variations in the human nervous system.
Many people come to this work after years of feeling misunderstood or trying to adapt themselves to environments that weren’t built for them. My goal is to create a space where those experiences can be explored with curiosity, compassion, and clarity.
I believe in a world where all minds belong, and where sensitivity is an intelligent design.

About Me
My name is Mary Corelli. My pronouns are She/Her/Hers. I live in Bozeman, Montana — traditional land of the Apsaalooké, Salish Kootenai, and Cheyenne people. This land is home to the Gallatin River, among other sources of life, and is the nearby neighbor of Yellowstone National Park- an active volcanic area with an abundance of protected animals including wild buffalo, grizzly bears, wolves, bald eagles, and salmon.
I’ve always been a creative and imaginative person, seeking deeper understanding of the world around me and of human experience. Most often found writing, I’ve had a life-long relationship with my own ways of making meaning from suffering.
A neurodivergent therapist, mindfulness teacher, and evaluator, I spend my days sharing my thoughts through writing, in awe of the resilience of my clients, and finding simple joys with friends and family.
