I offer a range of services for adults and adolescents.

Individual Psychotherapy: My fee is $160 for a 55 minute session. I work with teens, young adults, transgender people, and women at this time.

I am in network with the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, Aetna, First Choice Health, Montana Health Co-op, Allegiance, and Montana Medicaid.

Bozeman MindSpace Under 40’s Meditation Group: I co-facilitate the MindSpace under 40’s meditation group at the Bozeman Dharma Center. This group serves as a community space, an introduction to meditation, and a support for ongoing practice. MindSpace ~ Bozeman Dharma Center
